Follow-Up Retreat
Weekend of encouragement, refreshment, and renewal
for those who have had sessions at HOPE Ministries.
Weekend Goals
This will be a time of reviewing principles learned in the counseling time, as well as an opportunity to interact with others who are on a similar journey.
THEME: The power and impact of community.
​
Topics will focus on obstacles we encounter on a daily basis, the importance of community, and tools we have to continue the journey. We also desire to focus on who Jesus is and His love and care for us.

Three meals will be served on Saturday,
breakfast on Sunday, and a light snack
each evening.

There will be six 30-40 minute sessions
with processing opportunities.

Free Time and Discussion Groups
Throughout the weekend, there will be opportunity for small group interaction.
A portion of Saturday afternoon will be
open for personal time.

Accommodations
Camp David International is a self-contained retreat center in Hesston, Kansas. The rooms are similar to motel accommodations and are fully furnished (including a private bath).
Please Note:
You are welcome to bring nursing infants, but we request that you not bring children or individuals who haven't been through HOPE Ministries to this retreat.
​
Retreat Cost
The cost of the retreat covers the rental
of the facility, lodging for two nights,
light evening snacks and four meals.
$225 per couple (or 2 singles sharing a room)
$165 per single wanting their own room
Due to Sunflower Thrift Store underwriting part of the retreat expense, we are able to lower the cost quite a bit. We are greatly appreciative of their generosity in this way!

Registration Deadline: October 22, 2023
If you wish to come, your prompt registration will help us with the logistics of planning such as meal count, accommodations, etc.
​
There is a nonrefundable down-payment of $50 with registration. The remaining retreat costs will be payable at the retreat.
